I came back to edit this review, which had been positive, because I've had some really bad experiences here in the last few months.

It's not a terrible place to live, in general, as long as you don't have to deal with the office staff at all. My advice: get everything, absolutely everything, in writing. Don't trust their word alone: it means NOTHING.
