Utility costs are high. Moved in last year and have been paying much higher than my previous apt. Seems like there is a leak in the air vents causing both A/C and Heat to not work properly. Maintenance doesn't acknoledge the problem and after repeated complaints fixed the A/C, but not enough air flows through the vents. Room temperature never falls below 80 when outside temperature is more than 85. During last winter, heater would keep running for long times causing high utility bill. Eventually the furnace stopped working but maintenance is yet to fix it and I had to buy a room heater to tide over the remaining months of winter. Will be moving out as soon as my lease is over.
