I have not had the problems mentioned

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 8 months and have not had the problems others have mentioned. My apartment is in great shape and was when I moved in. The people I have met have all been friendly. That includes the people in the office. The A/C problem I had this summer was fixed the same day that I called it in. I personally enjoy living here and will continue to do so.
