I have live here for a while mostly due to the convienience of the area itself. The apartment is terrible. We have been plagued by several water leaks,noisy neighbors, power outages caused by an inept maintenace staff, mushrooms, yes, mushrooms growing in the bathroom due to excess moisture, a neighborhood child molester, and noisy unsupervised neighborhood children. The apartment staff are "lukewarm" at best and may become quite annoyed if asked to address any maintenance issues.

To top it all off, we have lived in this dump for 3yrs and now they are asking us to re-apply all over again for the newly renovated apartments which they have increased the rent on by $300. No thanks! Amazingly one of our neighbors was turned down due to a change in his credit rating but had NEVER been late on a rental payment and now has to find someplace else to live. Wow! what a way to reward loyal residents.

There are so many other places to choose from in this area. There is plenty more I could say but I think you get the point! We are moving out in a week.
