I have lived here for a year, I will be moving is August due to the increase in rent of 80.00. If I stay I would be paying close to 1500 just for rent. There are nearby houses for rent that are cheaper. Not a bad stay, but there are only 2 people on the maintenance team so don't be in a rush for repairs. Neighborhood is quiet and surrounding area is nice, but Ellicott City is basically a quite area anyway. New residents moving in are paying cheaper rent than I would be which I don't really understand that go figure. I have actually found a house to rent and will pay 250.00 less and gain 1 more bedroom in Howard County with a surrounding lake. Do your homework!!!!
