I'm guessing Dominion Great Oaks is now Ellicott Grove Apartments. I just signed a lease May 2009. On moving in, my shower did not work, the washing machine was broken, and the air conditioning did not work. Now it is July, things have finally been fixed except the air conditioning still works very poorly and cannot keep the apartment cool on hot days.

The front office staff is rude and not helpful...the manager here seems to have very little control of the complex. I have lived in many different apartment communities and this is hands down the worst in terms of attitude that I have ever run into.

I would not consider renting here. There are so many other choices that I can't see wasting time on this complex.
