I just moved out of this apartment. It's been over a month, and I haven't gotten my security deposit back. I call the staff, and she said they haven't any information about it, and can't tell me anything, and I will have to wait another month to call them back if nothing happens. She was also very rude. She tried to hang up on me. Terrible service and phone manner. This place gives me an unpleasant feeling.

Yep, I moved out a looong time ago, never had my security deposit mailed to my new address. I don't care, I'm glad I got out of there alive! This place is the most dangerous apartment complex in Maryland. I would rather sleep on the streets of downtown Baltimore than to even watch tv at my old unit in this hell hole. Don't live here, if you live here, move out ASAP! The only positive side of this landfill are the parking spots. There are plenty of spots, but they have been recently taken over by the ghetto thugs and trash that don't even live in the complex! Amazing! In short, don't live here.

I called to ask about some questions about my security deposit, the girl was so rude. They don't explain anything on the paper they mail, so I asked the girl what they meant and she replys how am I supposed to know. Well you do work here and it is your job. My apartment smelled the whole time I lived their, coming through my vents. They didn't care, this place should be a homeless shelter. They treat you like trash. If you think different causes your signing a lease just wait till you have a problem. I came on here to tell my story and some crazy lady called me a liar, claiming dressers never break from misuse. I think she works their, just look for her responses, thats what your going to deal with. Crazy people calling you a liar or just trying to put you down. These people that work their are snubs and should not work at all with that attitude, but after all the complaints filed they are still employed. That should give you a hint, look somewhere else. I live somewhere else now cause I could not take the ---holes that work their. I am happy in my new place, I don't have to explain myself to rude staff members when something breaks, they have a line to go right to main. staff. Half the time these little girls have no idea what your talking about, so there for explaining it to the handy man false. I called before I moved out saying I hear a rodent IN my wall munching on something INSIDE the wall, guess what they did put mouse traps in my house? CLUELESS
