im not an employee and the $5 was included when I first signed my lease paying for my deposit and if you are so unhappy there are other apartment complexes you can move to...

If you could read then you would of saw I moved. And just because it is included in the first year of signing then it makes it right to charge 5$. And finally if you don't work there explain why the picture is taken from the leasing building and not in the pool? All the perfect reviews say they don't work there but all the signs point to yes. the position of thay photo is in the leasing center balancy. There are no apartments where that photo is being taken. If they would of took the same effect in there apartments they would not have such bad reviews. But no they build a brand new leasing center and not doing a thing with the places people have to live. You must be friends with the rude stuck up staff. But I still beleive you work there. I guess people have nothing better than to kiss butt all day. It is a shame that most of the yes's on this website seem to be fake reviews. I hope people don't look at this and say were just mad and making this up. I am very mad but so mad that I want people to know the truth. I have never been on the phone with the employees and not got an attitude on the phone and about the simplest of things. I called to ask about my deposit after I left and the girl acted has if I called her at home to ask. When you live there and have to be spoken to like a idiot it makes you frustrated and angry. My husband has gone up there and spoken to them and they didn't want to but their book down to speak with him. I had a leak from the people up stairs and found the maintenance man standing on my toilet and not a small guy either. So naturally that resulted in the toilet shaking and eventually leaking. The guy was so rude he didn't ask for a stool instead and didn't say when he was done, why bother I guess. If I were to treat my customers in that manner I would have none. When someone came in to replace the electrical outlets they broke my dresser and balancy blinds then stole money on top of that. I called them to tell them and all they said was call the police didn't even stay on the phone for more than a few seconds, they didn't even stop the company from entering other renter's homes. My house reeked from my neighbors cooking, wonderful peoeple but I have a very sensitive nose. So I would open the lobby door cause it would help a little, after not getting any help from howard crossing. They went a step further and posted signs saying keep lobby door closed. I talked to the manager, she said there nothing see can do, didn't even come by to smell for her self. Then the next week I saw the waste of time flyers they send out and she posted a statement that one of her valued renters wanted the lobby doors closed due to bugs. So what does that make the rest of your renters chopped liver. The smell was coming out of the vents spring through fall, summer was the worst. If you can take food fine but what happens if your neighbors smoke or have alot of pets, it sounds like they need to clean out their dirty vents. This only half the stories that I have from living there for 5 years. I been at my new place almost a year and havent posted or have any complaints with them. The people are friendly and the maintenance man are wonderful. I came home to howard crossing one night to see a sign posted on the door saying there was a leak, thats it. Came in to water covering the kitchen and bathroom floor, with no idea if the water was clean or dirty water. They never came back afterwards to repair the wall damage. So I hope people read my awful experiences and keep looking around for a better place to live, I found one and don't have to deal with rude customer service anymore. I come back cause if I didn't you would only have reviews like this, they didn't even explain what problems they had. I think thats a little weird, thats the stuff people want to hear, not the fairy tales.
