I've lived in an apt. in Kaiser Park for 7 months now and I have been pretty impressed. I thought there would be more of a parking problem, but I haven't experienced it. All our maintenance (which has been only a couple things) have been taken care of quickly. I have a neighbor that likes to listen to hip hop at 9am on Sat. morning. But I guess you can expect that sort of thing in any apartment.
