we just moved here last month but so far it is great. a few minor problems (like debris in the water lines) from the initial construction got fixed immediately. big apartment. lots of windows and a huge deck. friendly quiet neighbors and friendly, helpful staff. if you are looking for a very nice quiet place this is it. oversize washer and dryer. anything you need withing a quick drive. well insulated and low utility bills. there is some noise (mostly from loud exhaust tips and car stereos) from the neighboring apartment complex that isn't quiet as nice as this one, but it's not too bad.
