The Lackings of Kaiser Park

We only lived at Kaiser Park for a year. At first it looked great and the square footage in the townhomes aren't too bad. However, we soon found out that the lady that showed us the townhome was either poorly trained or a liar. Almost everything she told us was false. There is a lack of amenaties there, also. The pool is small, the gym has three pieces of equipment, two of which were broken when I went (as was the fan) and that was all there was. Parking should be assigned. They only want two cars per residence, but that doesn't happen and more often than not, we had to park across the street from our residence. The people at the leasing office can be nice enough (not all of them), but they and the maintence staff don't seem to care too much about getting things done in a timely manner. There are street lights that were out since we moved in and were never fixed! The buildings were mass built and obviously too fast as they do not wear well. It takes too long to get the deposit back and they do not call you back after you move out to tell you or help you with that information either. I would not recommend this place. There are far better places to stay for the money!! Keep looking...you'll find something!
