Im not really sure what all these "YES" posters are talking about. I moved in this hell hole about a year ago. After the rental office woman was finished blowing sunshine up my ass, I was pretty jacked up about moving here (only due to its location). Well, eventually the dark cloud of reality set in. Stains all over the carpet, maintenance personel who showed up whenever they got the urge, a filthy swimming pool (better known as "the toilet") and a snotty older woman working in the rental office itself.
If you are a working guy like myself, you are NOT allowed to park your work vehicle on property. Thats funny to me only because if not for the job/vehicle, I would not even have money to pay rent. Funny stuff.
In addition, I found my neighbors to also be funny. Very unfriendly and generally your typical snotty, "pole up the ass" types.
Dont get me wrong. I am not bitter...heh. If only I could drop my drawers, and take a gigantic, steaming dump on that rental office ladies desk, all would be well.
In summary: Dont rent here unless your a glutton for punishment or happen to walk around with a pole up your ass.

I live here and am happy you no longer do. Maybe your employer needs to see this so he knows how you represent his comapny!!!

Obviously, you're staff. How else would you know this person moved out? It doesn't say that anywhere in this post...you wouldn't know who this person's employer is, either, to make such a threat. Can we say busted? HAHA.

ALL LEASES say you can't park company vehicles on the grounds. Try reading your lease next time, buddy. It is included in the lease to keep dishonest people from running a business out of their apartment and filling the parking lots with a ton of work vehicles. That happened to me at my last apartment community only the landlord couldn't be bothered to enforce the rules.
