Kaiser Park

Terrible Office From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I do not typically write reviews on these websites but I feel so strongly about Kaiser Park that I am taking this time... The townhouse walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also, there is no sense of community you would think living in a big complex people would hang out with each other... I believe that has to do with the staff... I had read all the reviews about the office staff not being very nice and also very difficult to deal with but I thought to myself, why would i even be dealing with them and I moved in regardless... I am WARNING you they are so unprofessional and nasty with every word they say... they even look at you funny when you are going to pick up a package that was left there (if you could believe). I have never dealt with a compay like this in my life... I will definately be living out my lease and then moving... it is such a shame because the townhouses really are not that bad... I definately need to drop a name, Jackie at the front desk is extrememly nice to your face but once I actually heard her talking bad about me when I forgot something and walked back in... she is one of those people that you just wonder why is she so mean to everyone... I could go on and on about how rude they are... So i advise you to stear clear of Kaiser Park. I never thought that i would have to deal with the office but on some occasions you do need to, so beware of especially Jackie. If you do have to deal with them go through Tankeka (i have no idea how to spell it).
