W've lived here since 2004. We were the first people to live in the apartment, and all of the glitches which come along with new construction were taken care of quickly. For the price and location, this place can't be beat. Spacious apartment with plenty of storage, full-size (very efficient) washer and dryer. Where we live there is tons of parking (actually way too much...they could leave a tiny bit of green space behind), but that means we are across from the town and country apartments. That place is totally ghetto and there always screaming, racing cars/squealing tires, and blasting mexican music. Because we are between them and the liquor and grocery store, the people from there have a tendency to leave shopping carts all over our apartment complex. Almost every one of our neighbors has been friendly; the complex is filled with families and young couples. Some of the people in the office are less than friendly, but they get stuff done and that's really what I care about. Maintenance has been great (same or next day even when we said it was something that was no hurry), although we miss the guy that was here when we moved in. Our rent has gone up, but where doesn't it increase (for those who complained about that)' I highly recommend this apartment for the features, value, and location.
