I lived here for two years and I only have one complaint. The carpeting is supposed to last seven years (they pro rate the cost when you move out if they need to replace it). It picked up stains very quickly - I don't think there was any type of stain resistance in the carpeting. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay. I felt that the staff was very professional and always remembered who I am. The pool is a bit small (not really for swimming, but more for just playing around and relaxing). I liked the fact that they are a pet friendly community. The maintenance staff worked very hard to remove snow and put salt down on slick locations. I was disappointed when I had to move due to my divorce.
