Orchard Park Apartments

Very nice place to live From: djahdziah Date posted: 7/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The only problems I have had here were weather related. The parking lots tent to be unlevel so the snow and ice can be hazardous. The staff have been both courtious and timely. I have had all of the minor repair done within two buisnesss days. The neighbors are generally quiet and I have never had to complain to them or the office for any reason. The apartments are sizeable and modern. The pricing is fair for the are and the location is convient to both town and country. There are resturants at the end of the street. (Korean, chinese, pizza, deli, a pub and more!) The grocery store (a safeway) is one block over on the main road and is actually within walking distance. (Rt. 40 is the other end of the road less than 1/2 mile away) The highways (Rt.29 and Interstate 70) are only a few miles away. Downtown Baltimore is less than 20miles away. There are several nice parks within half an hours drive.
