I left a review here back in June of 2005. I had lived at Orchard Park for about six months at that time and I really liked it. The apartments were spacious and the roommate floorplan worked very well. The neighbors were quiet and aside from the usual apartment noises here and there, it was a very peaceful and quiet place to live. Plenty of parking, landscaping was very nice, etc.

I've read a few reviews here that claim the manager, Jackie, was rude to them. Personally, I never once experienced any of the staff being rude. In fact, Jackie was always very nice to me and even went the extra mile for me once when I had a bad roommate experience and needed advice.

I lived there for two years and never had any complaints. The only reason I moved out was because I moved out of state and back home due to a family illness. Otherwise, I'd still be there.

I cleaned my apartment and left it in decent shape and rec'd my full deposit back, with interest, within the 45-day time limit they outline in the lease.

Orchard Park was an all-together wonderful apartment experience and I sure do miss the lovely view from my balcony in the back.

Highly recommend this complex.

I am not sure which one of Jackie's personalities that you met with, but she is extrememly rude. she is the only reason that I moved out of Orchard Park, she makes living there extremely difficult. As far as your security deposit being returned in a timely manner, that is very hard to believe. It took me over two months. Community is wonderful, office help is as well, Property Manager however, may need some professional help.

Actually, they usually have 90 days to give you back your security deposit. Read your lease to find out. So over two months isn't unusual.
