We have been living at Orchard Park for almost a year now. It is such a wonderful, peaceful, and friendly place to live. The community here is fabulous - a great mix of young people and families - everyone is so friendly. People are super responsible with their animals, and we have yet to see a dog that is defensive or unfriendly! The apartments are great, very spacious and comfortable. Staff is fine - they send out notices of when work will be done; regarding painting, maintenence or alarm checking. Emergency Maintenence has been very fast and very effective - we love this place!
