The neighbors are friendly and for the most part this is a quiet community. Parking is hard to find on weekends, but not a problem on most days. This is a dog friendly community, but some of the tenants do not pick up after their pets. Overall the community is nice, but the management staff is horrible. One office worker is great, but the manager is difficult to deal with and a major reason that we moved out of the community. When we did our walk through of the aparment the maintanence staff told us that all of the problems we saw at that time would be fixed before we moved in. After we moved in the office manager said that the problems were not major issues and nothing was done to fix them. Every interaction we had with the office manager ended bad. She has no sense of customer service and no people skills what so ever. After we moved out of our apartment we didn't recieve our deposit check back for over a month PAST the 45 days alotted in the lease. The apartments look nice, the neighbors are nice, but the office manager makes living at Orchard Park a less than happy experience.
