Upon looking at this apartment and then moving in, everything was great. I loved how friendly the staff was and was impressed with the apartment. My husband is in the military and I recently seperated. When I did this, I asked the leasing office if there was a way to break the lease so we didn't live so far from my husband's work. They said you cannot break the lease unless you move a certain mileage away. We continued to stay in the apartment. Once my husband received orders to Afghanistan, again I asked what the rules were on breaking the lease so I could stay in a one bedroom while he was gone. I was told that he could break it, but I may still be held reliable. (This is not true...PCS, separation, and deployment orders are grounds for breaking a lease with a 30 day notice.) While my husband was in training out of state was when we could put in our 30 day notice. When I took the orders to the manager, along with a Power of Attorney, I was told she wanted to speak with him before doing anything. She wanted to get into personal business instead of doing her job. The manager also told our neighbors that we complained about "domestic disturbances" which was false. When she was confronted...totally denied everything. It took 2 months to receive our deposit back, too. I called for 3 weeks and never recieved a phone call back regarding the status of our deposit. I had to threaten manangement with going through my husband's chain of command and the envelope containg our deposit check was dated the day after that phone call. Beware of this apartment until it falls under new management.

I appreciate the tenants courage to speak up. I would expect an apt. mgr. to be sympathetic & sympathetic to our military families. Shame on you.

I was transfered and bitchy old Jackie wouldn't allow me out of my lease. My commute was so long I fell asleep driving and hit two cars. She cares about no one but herself! She is sick and narcisstic!

Jackie is the downfall of this establishment. She does nothing on this property; doesnt return phone calls, emails, constantly says that she is at "other properties", and even stoops as low to hide her car when she is here so residents wont bother her. She definitely needs to move on from being a manager!
