I loved my time at Orchard Park -- I only moved because I got married and bought a bigger place. The office staff was friendly and took care of any maintenance problems I had (which were all my fault -- they fixed it anyway). They collect packages for you, which is a nice service. The layout of our two bed, two bath apt was similar to that of much more expensive places, and we even had a wonderful fireplace. The staff constantly maintained the property -- land, the roof, the appliances (mine weren't that old, and they kept it up anyway). The neighborhood is VERY safe - I'm a twenty-something female, and I would regularly go running at night. Lots of older people and young couples in this neighborhood. You're close to a nice shopping center (less than a mile to groceries and restaurants, I recommend the Japanese steakhouse), and it's convenient to Columbia and Baltimore. Best deal in Howard County, bar none.
