I lived at Orchard Park for 4 years. Jackie was always rude and unapproachable. I had neighbors that were beyond acceptable and the entire building complained about them. Unfortunately, I lived right under them! Management and their bosses did nothing. Jackie tried to screw me over by waiting to give me my security deposit but I took them to Small Claims Court and won. It is very easy to do and I hope you do the same. Shame on them! If you look closely in the stairwells, they are disgustingly dirty with many holes in the metal and don't appear safe. Four years of being a great tenant did nothing for me when I needed management the most. Everyone deserves better from this place! The further you go away from the rental office, the worse the landscaping, overall grounds, and apartments are maintained. Absolutely horrible maintenance staff (one person!)! Cheap company won't pay for enough maintenance staff - some issues took months and Jackie said it was my fault for not continuously reminding them! They had REUSED filthy parts when my dryer was "fixed!" They did not follow their own pet policies on breed restrictions! I believe the ONLY reason that these apartments have such high ratings is because they are in Ellicott City. Take a right into the road right before the community and see that neighborhood!@#$%! They lied about the community being the only one off of Pine Orchard Lane.

Orchard Park has no breed or weight restrictions and only inforces Howard County's guideline restrictions if a pet is aggressive.
