Beware, Ask to see apartment & hear neighbors first!!

The apartment was very nice,and spacious. Floor joices are very bad,can hear upstairs neighbors, walking, running, alarms, everything. Could not sleep in on any day.Asked to break lease, after complaining and having letter sent to upstairs neighbors to quiet down, twice, and was slapped with 1550.00 penalty for breaking lease. Asked to see the apartment before moving in and was told three times that we couldn't view until the day we signed the lease, our mistake.Our apartment faced the parking lot, kids loudly playing everyday. No privacy at all. Not worth the high rent they are asking.
