The rent is high and goes up 40 to 50 dollars a year. The bottom level apartments are musty smelling. Since the appt development pays for water, the rule is you must use the shower head they supple which which is just standard with no hose, handle or options for pressure etc. They allow children but the management is not kid friendly. Rules and complaints are made by management about ballplaying and typical kid things.
