I must say that these apartments are nice, probably considering that they are brand new, however The amount that they ask for rent is terrible. The basic 2 bedroom 1 bath is small and will run you a lil less than 1300.00. Not what I call a bargain for less than 1000 sq ft. The only that would make me pay all this money for this apartment is the 2 bedroom with loft unit, although It probably is'nt worth what they are asking for it, The floorplan itself will make you turn into a sucker and take it. The office staff (im not sure about all of them) They will lie to you, straight to your face about alot of stuff, It's a shame that some people are not upfront with alot of stuff, They lie to you to get your money and then after you hand them your check they act like they never knew you. The only exception to this would be a leasing agent by the name of Emily who was very polite and helpful. Bottom line is If you want to blow your money on a brand new apartment then this place is for you, but if you want to get something for your $$$ look elsewhere, because the only thing this place has got going for them is They are brand new, and they have nice big windows and lofts. If the price were maybe 150-200 cheaper than MAYBE just maybe they would be worth a GO.
