Durring the day you can not even hear the phone ring because of all the construction noise. A septic truck stops by 3 times a week, sometimes at night and starts a pump that is so noisy it could wake the dead. The first 2 months I lived here we could not get telephone service because the builder forgot to run the phone cables. We were promised a garage in September and we still do not have it even though they are fully built and "waiting for inspection". The dumpster are over flowing and if you put your garbage beside the full dumpster the staff will search it and fine you. Kids from the neighbor hood are constantly nocking on your door trying to sell something. And a kid rides his mini cycle through the complex at 11 PM at full speed. Don't waste you money on this dump. You can get an equally crappy place for a lot less money.

Sounds like the same person reviewing this property over and over again under a different name perhaps? I smell a vendetta, or is that your neighbors liquid feces on your walls? ;)

Ice was a HUGE issue with this property. Why were the sidewalks not cleared? They literally just poured a massive amount of sand over the snow/ice & left it to melt on it's own, instead of clearing the sidewalks before it turned to ice. I know money could not have been an issue to management, because they sure do take in BIG from the tenants.
