Overpriced and undermanaged. It appears, although it may not be the case, that the office personnel hasn't been involved in the management of an apartment complex. The buildings are cheaply made...and I do think that they will end of spending more because they have cut corners. Thank goodness I can see the end of this...as I do not plan to renew. Certainly one can make the argument that apartments aren't to be lived in forever...but I wouldn't recommend The Elms at Montjoy. The biggest advantage is that they were new.
