The Elms of Montjoy is the best apartment complex in the Ellicott city area, Maintenance is excellent and respond timely and effectively to all requests made ,The supervisor and his staff is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer services to the residents. Management is caring and concern about the needs of their residents and compare to some high end properties close by,the elms services exceeds by far.Keep up the GOOD WORK LEGEND MGT.
