Overall, the Elms are very nice. Yes the rents are high, but so is everything else in this area. Look around and you will be hard-pressed to find anything near the size and quality of this place. That said, the gym isn't that great, it could be a bit bigger. However my biggest issue is with the other tenants. It seems like lots of college kids live here. There are lots of weekend and weekday parties, loud music, slamming doors, and boom cars parked outside. So keep that in mind if you are considering living here. It is a nice place, sans the cheap construction, but you will have to deal with a fair number of inconsiderate neighbors.
