We've been in our apartment for about a year and have had non-stop problems with maintenance and staff. Just like a lot of the other complaints, our Air Conditioning is constantly broken and our heat broke as well. We live in a loft apartment, and it doesn't appear as though they bought the right equipment to handle the high ceilings. As a matter of fact, we have a maintenance guy coming out tomorrow to fix our AC AGAIN! We also had a leak in our apartment--we called to have the maintenance crew help clean it (we were out of towels and it was still soaked) they never came. Our blinds are already breaking. The management is completely rude--they seem to blame everything on us rather than fixing it. Not to mention, our rent just went up! Our electric bill is on average about $300-$450 a month for two people that are NEVER home (we both work 2 jobs). Our water bill is about $20 a month b/c I believe they split it between everyone in your building instead of by apartment. I'd be very careful about moving in this apartment. They definitely are NOT luxury apartments.

I actually have to disagree. I live in a 2 bedroom loft and have never had an issue with maintenance or the staff in the office. My BGE bill runs around 180-200 a month and for how big our apartment is that is fine with me. They always take care of our issues, which have been few and far between. I love it here and the amenities are great, the two pools are gorgeous! You should really think twice before moving anywhere else!
