Don't be fooled by the aesthetics. It looks good on the outside, but just wait...The maintenance and management suck!!! The rent and fees are far too expensive for what you get. They did not live up to their promise. I was extremely disappointed. Please don't find out a year from now. Just say no!

I kind of have to agree with you. I don't want to dislike it, because i know it is apartment living, but the manager always avoids conversation when you can find her at her desk and the maintenance staff is not mean but kind of I don't know, talks down to you. and the water bill??? how come they charge for water AND a fee for processing, seems silly, but I guess the bill goes all the way to North Carolina for processing?? I would like to move, buy my own place, but with prices being kinda high, this will do fine for now.

It is unfortunate that an entire team of caring professionals get blasted for water bills. Have you not lived in an apartment before? Having water bills and utility service fees is nothing new and certainly not out of the ordinary. It is sad to see one person's opinion break down the character of this caring team of professionals.
