Complex looks good at first glance but has problems galore. We had roaches and bugs in the apartment that despite repeated attempts by the managment's pesticide sprays would not go away. Fixtures are of poor quality and cracks often appear in the walls that the managment just tapes over. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors at all hours of the day (and night). The owners of townhouses from across the apartment complex use the grounds of the complex as relieving place for their dogs and don't clean up after them, as a result you can't let your kids play on the grounds.
