I've been living in Town and Country for almost three years now. As a young college graduate, I find this is one of the few affordable and safe places to live in Howard County. I've encountered maintenence on two occasions. Once there was a small leak in the ceiling and another time my garbage disposal broke. On both occasions, maintenance was at my door fixing the problem within 15 minutes after I called. My neighbors are quite pleasant. My only complaint is that the walls are definitely very thin. I know my neighbors are not being loud and yet I can hear everything. I live on the "West" side which is the cheaper, supposably less nice side of T&C Greensview/ West, but I am quite content. I have new or fairly new appliances, the carpet looked new when I moved in, and the windows and sliding doors are new. In addition, for families with children, there is plenty of green grass for the kids to play. Overall, I would rate this as an affordable and nice place to stay.
