I've lived on the Greensview (more expensive, newer) side for two years now and I'd recommend it to anyone. Maintenance has been quick and do a good job the few times I've had to call them. Leasing people are decent and the property manager has worked with me when I've had problems or concerns. Just the fact that I can call up and talk to the property manager is a plus in my book! You get your typical apartment stuff - rent goes up each year, they don't salt walkways enough, parking can be a bit tight on a Saturday night. But really, no worse than most places. And during the Blizzard this February, I was positively amazed at how on-the-ball maitenance was. I think they hired extra guys, because we had walkways cleared, complex roads plowed, and a stip through each parking lot plowed on President's Day (the Monday of the big snow!!) The walls and floor are thin, so I'd recommend a top floor like I have. There's really nice landscaping, woodsy areas, streams. They just put in all new windows with mini-blinds and sliding doors in ALL the apartments, so they're working on making things better for the whole complex. That was a slight inconvenience for me, but I benefited and the next folks to move in will too. Kitchen is tiny with little cabinet and walkway space. But rest of room are above average in size and two gigantic walk-in closets !! Also water pressure is Terrific!! Really no complaints. Plus the location is perfect, right off Routes 29, 40 and 70, you're close to everything!!
