I have lived in Greensview for 8 1/2 years...my rent has increased each year and in the 8 1/2 years has increased $350 overall. The complex likes to advertise of the amenities they have, and now they are just completing a 'clubhouse', which I'm sure will be overrun with children and teenagers and probably be vandalized before too long. I had to complain about getting a new refrigerator and stove years ago since my neighbors moved out and their apt. was refitted with them but they never offered me new ones. Now they are 'updating' the kitchens and even though they won't get to mine until Nov. 2004, I had an $86 a month rent hike in June. There are places in my flooring under the carpet that squeak and actually move, but they won't tear up the carpet and see what's going on. As for noise, I find there are many people who are not considerate of their neighbors, especially late at night or the early morning hours (like 5:30am) and complaining does no good. The good points are that T&C is convenient to major roadways and shopping areas, and I suppose is no more expensive than other apt. complexes in the area. It would cost me alot to move so for now I just go with the rent increases...yet it would be nice if the management stuck to their guns about articles in the rent agreement.
