I moved into, what is now Howard Crossing a few months back. My apartment is renovated, so it's actually pretty nice. Not what I would call luxurious, but very comfortable. The leasing people are ok, the maintenance men seems to be ok, the business office people are ok also, except the person in the front. She is one of the most unprofessional front desk persons I have ever encountered. Even when answering the phone, she speaks before the phone is to her mouth, so you only hear half of her intro and try asking her a question, she never has the answer, she asks the Assistant Manager. She seems to be frazzled all the time. Someone that hates her job that much should change fields.

But all and all the place is pretty comfortable and feels like home. I would definately recommend Howard Crossing.
