Nice Apartments, Terrible Service, Very LOUD

We had a very nice, very spacious apartment, but we had people living around us that were loud and very disturbing. We had a monster truck parked outside our window the entire time we lived there and we heard screaming constantly from upstairs. It was a terrible location because of the neighbors.
