I have no problems with this apartment complex, however there are a few things that I don't really care for but they can be over looked, #1. The people in my building feel that if they do not want there "junkmail", they can just throw the ---- down in the common areas "Hallways", like it is sooo hard to walk it over to the dumpster, or better yet walk to your house and throw it in the trash like normal human beings do. My neighbors also think that they live in single family homes cause they practice there drums/and pianos all the damn time, like i said it is no big deal but it can be a pain. they just put in new kitchens and new bathrooms, and they are gradually making changes to this community, but for the price you can go right up the street to a brand new community for a little less, i will explore my options when my lease is up but i am not ruling out staying here after my lease is up there is a 50/50 possibility.
