These are very noisy apartments to begin with, with old appliances, leaky pipes, and very short disrespectful management who doesnt pay attention to complaints. There is trash, lots of thugs, cop cars driving around, excessive music and noise, unmaintaned grounds, and overall a nasty place to live. Dont go walking at night, or even in the daytime, you will meet someone asking for money, or littering on the grass. The price of these gems doesnt match the quality at all. Their version of upgrading is to paint the walls and leave. Many appliances break down, only to get a replacement of an older dirty model which was sitting in their garage. Cars seem to suffer the most with break ins, key scratches, tire slashing, wheel theft. I would never ever recomend anyone to live here and Im glad I left!
