Kaiser Park 71% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I do not typically write reviews on these websites but I feel so strongly about Kaiser Park that I am taking this time... The townhouse walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Also, there is Howard Crossing Apartment Homes 52% Recommended Apr 14 2008: The buildings obviously aren't inspected for them. This year they've come out of the wordwork like mad in the bedroom. I called the Leasing office and Emergency line all day on Saturday and Sunday, and got no answers. I had The Elms at Montjoy 57% Recommended Apr 12 2008: Appliances are crappy, 1/2 of our blinds are all broken, and our heat/AC NEVER works!! Everytime we open a window the fire alarms go off!! Our heat and air conditioning has broken a total of 7 times and we've only Charleston Manor (formerly Normandy Woods) 41% Recommended Mar 18 2008: I lived in Charleston Manor since 1998. I moved out exactly one year ago and can now give my review with a clear head. After being away for a year it's finally sunk in how horrible that place was, especially The Elms at Montjoy 57% Recommended Mar 03 2008: they are way too pricey for the quality of the apartments.externally all looks fine and charming.but toilets make noise after flushing.the blinds break soon.the bathroom towel hangers fall apart easily,so basically handle everything like a newborn bab |
