Peace and quiet - Having never lived in Maryland before I wasn't sure where to start looking for places. I had always heard Ellicott City was a nice area, and happened upon Ashton Woods through my internet searches. It was the first and only place I needed to look at. I am a current resident. NO TO THIS PLACE Think twice to before you even you think to look into. Noise is the issue. Each appartment entrance smells as you go in. No cleaning takes place. I am concerned to invite my friends as I don't want them to know that I am living in such a bad place.

Great place to live! I moved to Ashton Woods in mid September of this year and I love it here. I got a renovated apartment that overlooks the woods. It's very quiet here and the office staff is the best I've ever dealt with.
I will definetely recommend Ashton Woods!

Very Happy Tenant I enclosed som pictures this is a great apartment my building is quiet I have had several problems but have all been corrected and maintenance are all polite and office people have been nothing but friendly. I guess some people have nothing better to do than complain.

I find this place to be fine......... I movbed into charleston manor back in January. Since them I have enjoyed speaking the office staff and maintenance has done an exceptional job. The grounds are always cleaned, plenty of parking and lots of room in teh apartments.
