I have only lived at this complex for 7 months, but I can tell you it hasn't been fun. As far as maitenance goes, they might as well have none. If you have a problem with your unit you better get used to living with it, because by the time they get around to fix it, your lease will probably be up. These apartments haven't been updated in plenty of years.(Probably since they were built)The appliances are ancient along with the flooring, cabinets & countertops. They will raise the prices, but wont do the slightest bit of remodeling. If you are considering moving here, I would definately not reccomend it.
