Cove Village is a joke and the monthly rent their asking for is even funnier...when I lived there approximately 3 years ago it was $495 and that was a joke.

There's a roach and mice infestation problem.

Sawyer Realty took over approximately 2 years ago. They threw on new very cheap roofing and put in storm windows before they could finish the actual court they were working on the roofing blew off!

And what did the residents get for dealing with roach/mice infestation and cheap roofing, a dramatic increase in rent and the renters' are required to pay their own water bill.

Yes, while others pay around $10 a month for water, Cove Village residence pay an average of $30 a month!

Every one out there who has a job and pays taxes pay for section 8 housing programs. That money has nothing to do with landlord's rental rates, we all contribute to state and county assistance programs through our taxes.

After reading the sun paper and talking with a few family members that has moved from this place. Who haven't the state closed this place down. People are being killed and the world can see and read about it. It's not funny and it sounds like it's about money not someone's life section 8 knows about this and still they move these families in this death trap.
