I lived at cove village for a short time and I saw mice within the first week that I lived there. I when I called the rental office about it, I was told that I had to call an exterminator. I have killed over 10 mice during the time I stayed there which was for only 5 months. I couldn't take it anymore, I was going crazy I couldn't even comfortable relax in my own home due to seeing mice run all around my home. Since they wouldn't due anything about it I had to leave I have small children and because I had to break my lease Cove Village is still screwing me over! Cove Village is untruthful with their tenants and I would not recommend anyone moving there. I wish someone would have stopped me.

I just wanted to clarify the information in this review. I work for Cove Village and we offer weekly extermination to our residents free of charge. No matter where you live if you do not keep your appliances clean and dispose of trash properly you will have rodents/roaches. We let all new residents know when they are moving in if they have any pest concerns to please contact us for assistance. We have a great service through a commercial exterminator and have heard possitive feedback from the residents hear. I wouldn't believe everything that you read as I can verify that we have always provided free extermination service to our residents as often as you request.
