This place is horrible , the drugs, the mice, the gangs. They let anyone move in.
its like living in a section 8 inner city hell hole
Your rent is already high as can be,than they add a $30. amonth waterbill. and have the nerve to complain when you are late.
the walls are paper thin, you can hear people having sex tru out the house....even your childrens room...now try exsplaining that to a 4, and 9 year old.
the staff really trys, but maintenace sucks

Its hard when you cant afford to move into better housing. We are trying very hard to move, but money is always an issue

I was wondering if that place is so horrible and you are having a problem explaining to your 4 and 9 year olds about the sex issue, then why have you continued living there for 5 years?

I would like it to be know that this community does criminal and credit background checks for everyone who moves in 18 years and older. Those who may be unauthorized residents of the community will continue to get away with this behavior unless the community comes together and brings it to managements attention. Unfurtunately many communities are participating in RUBS submetering programs and passing water costs onto residents so that is a question I suggest prospects ask communites while looking for a new home. As anyone who has rented an apartment or a townhome in the past knows it is not uncommon to be able to hear a noisy resident. The issue is when an unhappy resident doesn't give the management office this information and work with the to correct the issue. Too many people these days only take the time to share negative information and complain when they are not happy. However, too few of us take the time to post possitive information such as the communinity breakfast on the go the management office treated all residents to last month. If everyone gave possitive feedback as well as negative it would display more truth to the overall ratings this site provides.
