We moved here a couple months ago. I was skeptical after seeing the reviews and knowing some info about the neighborhood. Since we have moved in we haven't seen any mice or bugs at all. I found one mouse poop under my sink...once. and never saw anything again. The staff is very friendly, we waited almost 3 weeks after we turned in our move in sheet of things that needed to be fixed. But there wasn't anything major on there. Our court is pretty quiet. We get the occasional loud people at night probably 2 or 3 times since we've moved in 3 1/3 months ago. I don't ever hear any of my neighbors through the walls like some say they are thin. I can barely hear their t.v. The only real complaint I have is some of the kids play in the street and dont move when they see you coming, that can be really annoying. And they have street lights in the back yard...so the light comes through the windows kinda bright at night. but thats about it. I think the neighborhood and the price is pretty damn good.
