Huge problem with carbon monoxide

My reason for not recommending cove village to others is because they have a big problem with carbon monoxide. The second year we was there, my family and i had to sit outside of our house for hours in the middle of the night due to my house carbon monoxide level being 45. it seem like every other day the fire department was all over cove village. there also have been multiple carbon monoxide deaths at cove village & until they get this problem under control i would not recommend anyone put their self & family in that type of danger. My second year there, there was also 2 shooting and a stabbing. My first night at cove village there was a huge fight a couple doors down from my house. glass tables, baby seats and dishs was thrown out on the side walk & street during the fight, it was crazy. the police was called and the next day it was as if nothing had happen. althought my ceiling in my second bedroom had started to fall due to a leak and was left that way for months before it came and fixed it "the right way" , maintenance was pretty good. One of cove village issues is parking & like in every community there is some very rude neighbors. there was one woman who would put chairs in the parking spots & when you moved them to park she would put act as if she wanted to fight over it & another neighbor who try to fight people if they parked in a spot she wanted even though there is no assigned parking. I had one mouse dropping under my sink the day we moved in but never seen a mouse the whole first year. but my second year there was a different story. The mice had ate wholes threw my kids bedroom wall to get in our townhome and when maintenance came out about it, they said that the mice had been doing this to every house on my block. It was terrible. i hate pest and it was getting out of control, which played a part in me moving from cove village.
