OK for the money......Not for the problems

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I was sorely disappointed. Much of the maintenence took many calls to get anything done. The bathroom was never done properly, I had to steam clean the tiles. Had to fuss because the bathroom sink was leaning from the wall was told "that's the way it supposed to be." Finally, they installed two legs to keep it up. The big snow in 2002 I received massive leaking from the roof. So, I moved out when my lease was up.... The roof was never fixed after complaing severl times. And if you have anything out be careful, keep an inventory because things get missed when maintence does come in and no one is home.
