You can get out based on these 3 words "Warrant of Habitality" - you are living in conditions that are not safe and unlivable. Contact the leasing office and ask for CORPORATES number and you can get out of your lease, they will ask when do you want to move, state I need 30 days and find yourself another dwelling. I felt your pain and lived it.

What is so pleasing about these townhouses, you gave more negatives than anything in your review. You stated a leak and maintenance never came out to repair but you give them 3 out of 5 review. I live there and I know maintenance sucks. Also so when I moved out there 4 years ago it was in July and we averaged killing a mouse every other week and it was good for a minute but the mice are returning. So really the place is not all that but I will say its a go stepping stone towards purchasing a house. Because your morgatage will probably be less than the average $850 rent for a 3 bed 1 bath.

I agree with the other tenants! That place sucks and the mice infestation is awful! Mice run through those townhomes and the grounds are not well kept.
