My family and I moved in March 2006, and by May, I was ready to leave. We've been here 7 months, and so far my husband has caught at least 9 mice, and I've never seen so many ants in my life. I'm not used to living like this, so I'm thoroughly disgusted. The rent is cheap for a 3-bdrm townhome, but honestly, it's not worth your peace-of-mind when you don't even want to go in your own kitchen, and you see mouse feces where you prepare your family's food, and you have mouse traps and sticky traps all over the place. What makes it even worse is when you have neighbors who absolutely do not care, so the infestation problems will continue. The office staff are very nice, but their maintence people do very shabby work. When our lease is up, we will definitely be leaving. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I definitely agree with you! Mice were everywhere when I lived there and I broke my lease because of it. Not to mention the non stop violence that goes on. The rental office does not screen their tenants properly and they are dirty! They throw trash everywhere! That place is a dump and I couldn't be happier knowing that I am out!
