I moved in harbor point estates in Febuary 2006. At that time I would not have recommend living here to anyone. I had complaints of mice, no heat in back bedroom,broke windows, loud residents and drugs. I can honestly say that as of today May 3, 2007 I have and will continue to recommend Harbor Point Estates to everyone I know that wants to rent. They hired a new exterminator that finds every hole even the tiny ones and fill them. He comes to your home every week or every two weeks until all mice are gone. We now have new windows and they cleaned all of my vents and now it gets too hot in my house. All new tenants wil have brand new appliances, hard wood floors in some of the rooms and beautiful floor plans. I now want to move out and move back in. All manitance requests are filled within 2 days. The staff is very friendly and understanding. All the loud tenants and drugs have been put out.

I guess you must work in the rental office! Nothing has changed in that ghetto community.

I don't know where YOU live, but I live in Harbor Point Estates, and this development is still TERRIBLE. Vandalism, fighting, garbage everywhere. We had to call the health department to get the mice issue properly dealt with. The lazy, nasty trifling tenants are still here. I see them dumping there garbage on the lawn every other day. I can't wait to get out of this dump. I wouldn't move my worse enemy's dog in here.
